A Bellingham native, Dr. Jennifer Feagles (preferred pronouns she/her) has been a licensed physical therapist since 2007, when she graduated from the University of Puget Sound.

Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Montana in 2001 with a Resource Conservation major.

She enjoys working with a diverse clientele and she treats a variety of orthopedic and movement-based conditions. Her primary specialty is pelvic floor health, including treatment of: pelvic pain, pregnancy, post-pregnancy conditions, and bladder and bowel disorders. She even started Peace Health’s Women’s Health Program in 2011.

Jennifer has also completed her Yoga Teacher Training and has her Level 1 and Level 2 SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) certifications.

She loves working with active older clients as well as individuals who have undergone post-operative joint replacements.

She has a varied athletic background of gymnastics, tennis, skiing, biking, hiking, and dance. She currently enjoys family time, hiking with her dog, dancing, and yoga.

Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Emily moved west to Denver, Colorado, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science at Regis University, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University. Now settled in Bellingham, she is thrilled to bring her passion for movement and holistic wellness to the Green Mountain Physical Therapy team.

Emily believes that successful physical therapy is a collaborative journey. Her treatment philosophy centers on a holistic approach that prioritizes functional outcomes, ensuring her patients don’t just recover, but return to the activities they love most at a higher level. She is dedicated to providing long-term relief and empowering her patients with the tools they need to avoid future setbacks.

While she enjoys working with athletes of all ages, Emily also brings specialized interest and expertise in vestibular care, TMD (jaw disorders), and post-operative rehabilitation.

True to the Bellingham spirit, Emily is an avid outdoorswoman. When she isn’t in the clinic, you can find her running, gravel biking, backpacking, skiing, and embarking on new adventures with her partner, Shea. She also enjoys knitting.

Dr. Andrea Lubeck (preferred pronouns she/her) grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to Washington for college. She competed on the D1 Women’s swim team at Washington State University for four years while maintaining academic honors in her Zoology major. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University in 2010.

Andrea cultivated a broad range of skills working as a travelling physical therapist in outpatient, home health, skilled nursing, and acute care settings in Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. She settled in Bellingham in 2016 and has since been serving the community as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist.

Andrea enjoys treating the whole body, with a special interest in shoulder, knee, and hip injuries. She also offers concussion and vestibular rehabilitation and manages clients with hypermobility disorders. Andrea enjoys connecting with her clients and understanding what motivates them. The most rewarding part of her work is helping people return to activity after injury to allow them to continue doing what they love.

Andrea’s recreational pursuits are as varied as her professional skills and include canyoneering, scuba diving, surfing, white water rafting, climbing, skiing, knitting, swimming, running, yoga, and vintage jazz dance. Dr. Sarah Paxson (preferred pronouns she/her) is a native East Coaster from Vermont. She graduated from Princeton University in 2006 where she played D1 Ice Hockey, was on the ECAC All-Academic Team for four years, and even coincidentally played against her colleague, Dr. Alana Collins. Sarah then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2013 and her Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2016.

​Sarah specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine and enjoys helping people recover from injuries to facilitate their return to what is meaningful for them - whether that is sleeping comfortably without pain, hiking in the mountains, or being able to play with their kids.

She enjoys bringing her background as a personal trainer and registered yoga teacher into her practice.

Sarah has worked with a myriad of professional and elite-level athletes and has earned her bronze-level bike-fitting certification through BikePT. She has also completed her Menopause 2.0 certification and is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys mountain biking, skiing, playing ice hockey, running, and trying to keep up with her young boys and husband. Given her background as an elite level athlete, she has endured many injuries, and has gleaned a greater empathy and appreciation for the recovery process.

Mani Wanderer (preferred pronouns she/her) graduated from Whatcom Community College in 2019 with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree, and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University in 2025. She has experience with a wide range of orthopedics with a special interest in knee and shoulder treatment, post-operative rehabilitation, and is certified in the Graston Technique. Mani enjoys staying active with different run groups in Bellingham as well as dancing. She loves traveling and swimming in tropical water.
